Return Policy

At this App, we strive to ensure a smooth experience for buyers and sellers alike. To facilitate efficient returns, please review the following guidelines.

1. Return Eligibility

• All returns must be confirmed and approved by the seller before they are processed.
• Requests for returns should be submitted within 2 days of receiving the item.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

2. Requesting a Return

• Contact our support team at support@mail.com to initiate a return. We will then connect you with the seller for confirmation.
• The seller may ask for additional details or photos to validate the return request.

3. Seller Confirmation

• The seller must approve all returns based on the item’s condition and eligibility criteria.
• Once the seller confirms the return, we will provide you with return instructions and shipping details.

4. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the seller agrees to cover them for reasons such as product defects or incorrect items.

5. Refund Processing

• Refunds will be processed once the seller has received and inspected the item.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5 days of approval.

6. Non-Returnable Items

• Certain items (e.g., perishable goods, personalized items) may not be eligible for return, as specified by the seller.
